1. Acceptance
By using Drama Judge, creating an account, continuing as a guest, posting, voting, chatting, purchasing Premium, or opening shared links, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Community Guidelines, and any app-store terms that apply.
2. Eligibility and registration
You must be old enough to use social apps in your country and under applicable app-store rules. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in method secure, and not impersonate another person. Guest accounts may be limited and may be lost if you sign out, uninstall, clear app data, or change devices unless you link a sign-in method.
3. Entertainment purpose
Drama Judge is for entertainment and community discussion only. Verdicts, votes, comments, profile status, tagged-case results, and AI-assisted outputs are not professional advice or factual findings.
4. User content
You are responsible for cases, side names, comments, messages, media, profile information, reports, side responses, and other content you submit. Do not post illegal, abusive, exploitative, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, threatening, doxxing, private, or otherwise unsafe content.
5. Tagged cases and consent
If you tag or invite a real profile, you must not use that feature to harass, shame, impersonate, or expose someone. The tagged person may accept, ignore/decline, or report. Only accepted eligible cases may count toward profile status.
6. Chat, sharing, and public links
Do not use chat, sharing, links, or screenshots to harass, spam, threaten, shame, or expose private information. Shared case links may open the app or a website page page. The website page does not mean every case is published as a full web page.
7. Moderation
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, review reports, preserve records, or cooperate with lawful requests when needed for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, app-store policy, or platform integrity.
8. Subscriptions, purchases, and rewards
Premium subscriptions, purchases, cancellations, refunds, billing, taxes, trials, and regional availability are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Rewarded ads or optional features may change or be unavailable.
9. License and EULA
Drama Judge grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for lawful personal entertainment. See the EULA. If downloaded from Apple, Apple’s standard licensed application terms may apply unless a custom EULA is provided in App Store Connect.
10. Changes and termination
We may update features, pricing, policies, or these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using the app or request account deletion at any time.
